Installation
Go to Get started with our solutions (mscrm-addons.com) and follow the instructions, for either On-Prem or Online(Cloud). For installation for Dynamics Online go directly to Business Apps – Microsoft AppSource. Once the installation is complete, all solutions will run in a 14-day free trial mode automatically, with no restrictions on functionality or support during this period.
Configure Services
The online configuration wizard provides immediate access to the powerful capabilities of DocumentsCorePack in your Microsoft Dynamics 365 or Dataverse environment.
- Make sure you have a Account at mscrm-addon.com.
- Login and go to Service Configuration (mscrm-addons.com)
- Adjust Configurations: Tailor settings to suit your document management needs.
Here you also can see information about your current licence, like how many user-licences are used.
Also statistics can be seen here, like how many documents were generated.

Template Designer
The Template Designer is a feature-rich tool within DocumentScorePack that allows users to create and customize document templates with ease. It supports a range of formatting options and dynamic content insertion, making it possible to tailor documents to specific business requirements.
Cloud Print
It is possible to print generated documents to a printer that is configured in the cloud, on the same page where the services are configured.

Power Automate
mscrm-addon has a connector for Power Automate, to be able to generate documents within a flow. Over 25 actions are available.
